Organizational relationship mapping limited to relationships on matched constituent record only
When importing organizational relationships, Omatic Cloud tries to match on EVERY RELATIONSHIP IN THE ENTIRE DATABASE that has a similar name.
This is problematic because it creates an "all or nothing" scenario where you can either choose not to match on any relationships, which potential adds duplicate info, or if the organization name is common, it will not work at all when there are more than 30 other organizational relationships with that organization name across the whole database.

modify recurring
Only have newly created recurring gift plans (NOT modified recurring gift plans) run through the integration. We're seeing gifts get caught in the filter when credit card information is updated, for example, but according to the support team there's currently no way to differentiate these from new gifts.

Match on preferred name in NXT !
We need to be able to check incoming first name against both 'first name' AND 'preferred name/nickname' fields. THIS IS CRITICAL and is causing a much inefficiency and possible data corruption.

Feature request: CyberImpact connector for Canadian users
We currently use Mailchimp with Omatic Cloud to sync data back to RE NXT, but as a Canadian organization, dealing with US compliance regulations has become a major headache. We want to switch over to CyberImpact, a Canadian email provider that handles our domestic privacy laws (like CASL and Quebec’s Law 25) natively and keeps all data hosted locally in Canada.

Added formula capability for primary education
We need to be able to write a formula that checks the record for an existing primary education. If one exists then we can import the new education without marking it as primary. If one does not exist, then we can import specific educations as primary in a specified hierarchy. For example, we have some who get an undergrad degree and then come back for a graduate degree so we want the undergrad to remain primary. We have others that come only for graduate degrees so we want to be able to mark those as primary if there is no…

Show "created by" and "last modified by" in NXT based on the Omatic Cloud user that did the action
When processing data in Omatic Cloud it shows the last person to modify a record is based on the connection, not the user. We would like it to show it based on the Omatic Cloud user that processed the record in the formula.

Export transformation values from Omatic Cloud to csv AND more efficient sorting
I would like to be able to export transformation values from Omatic Cloud to csv to easily review all transformation values. The window in Omatic Cloud is too small to thoroughly review values when we have hundreds of transformations within one category (for example, we use the "replace" transformation for hundreds of Appeals, each of which may have multiple corresponding Luminate form IDs to replace).
Also would like more efficient options to sort transformations. The drag and drop is very slow and again, the small size of the window is problematic for this task.

Allow display of formula notes at the tile level and/or on the record review screen in Omatic cloud
Formula notes are great for describing the purpose of a formula, notes about any needed file clean-up or mapping that needs to be checked before uploading a file, any specific common issues or data checks that need to be watched for when records are in the review buckets. Right now, needing to leave the formula list to click through to the Formula Review screen, or refer to a PDF export or printout of the Formula Review page to see these notes can slow down workflows.

Make System record ID Field for Opportunity available in Omatic Cloud
Make the Opportunity "System record ID" field available in Omatic Cloud. It is hard to believe that this field is not available in the "Add/remove fields" modal tree! For all of the precision I'd expect in importing, this seems to me to be a most unfortunate oversight.

Add Fundraiser Event & Fundraiser Data to the Fundraise Up Connector
Could you add support for Fundraise Up Fundraiser records, including a fundraiser creation event trigger and fundraiser fields: ID, Name, Creation Date, End Date, Share URL, Goal Amount, Campaign Name, and Designation.
Currently, we manually create and maintain these fundraiser relationships in Raiser's Edge after they're created. If Omatic could automatically bring these records into Raiser's Edge, it would eliminate a manual process and help keep fundraiser information synchronized.
From what I've seen, fundraiser data appears to be available through the Fundraise Up APIs, but we're happy to reach out to Fundraise Up if any additional API access or configuration…

Option to exclude blanks as a data difference for matching
It would be helpful to be able to specify for matching fields if a blank value is a data difference or is not a data difference (like the Capitalization counts as a data difference, but maybe to be able to specify it for the specific field, not for all the fields).

Batch template for gift import in Omatic Cloud
With batch templates now available in RENXT Unified View, it would be beneficial if Omatic Cloud profiles could connect directly to a batch template when importing gifts into a Unified View batch. This approach would likely be more efficient than assigning the template after the gifts have already been added to the batch.

Constant Contact Campaign Series Activity in Omatic Cloud
One of the benefits of Constant Contact email series is that you can set them up and they run in the background without needing human intervention. There is similar functionality in Omatic Cloud related to stand-alone campaigns but but not for Series. I'd like to have that functionality so that I can see all the CC email activity to a constituent without needing to trigger or manually manage when the data gets populated in RE/NXT.

Add multiple fundraisers to an action using Database Assistant
I am setting up some database assistant formulas for stewardship actions. Whenever the President of the organization is assigned to an action, we would like her assistant to also be assigned so that she can help keep the President on track
Note that this is specifically for a database assistant formula, but I believe it might apply to other situations as well.

Include Title Case as an option for Casing Transformation
Please add Title Case as an option for Casing transformations. This is something we commonly need for recognition names, organization names, etc. where any minor words after the first word would be lowercase but names capitalized. The Proper Case option capitalizes words like "and" and "the" that occur in the middle of the data, causing us a lot of manual editing. (Not necessarily needed if there was a transformation option to replace individual words within a field like "replace 'And" with "and")

Allow Fund queries to be used for ReNXT to GiveCampus connector
With the ReNXT to GiveCampus connector going live soon, we would like to use it to import our Fund/Designations into GiveCampus. However, since our current option is to only use a gift query or gift list, we can only send over funds that have received at least one gift. A fund query would allow us to connect new funds when they are created, whether they have received a gift or not yet.

be able to define "Run Once" to within hours or minutes - not only days
sometimes a gift gets accidentally deleted, so we have to use the "Run Once" function to re-run teh formula. It would help if I could run it for just exactly that single transaction I need to import, rather than a whole day of data which could be thousands of gifts

New Mailchimp Formula Type & options
I am trying to proactively update emails in RE when they change in Mailchimp. I can create formulas for Subscribed or Unsubscribed Mailchimp contacts, but not Cleaned. Also, when I create a Mailchimp Subscribers to RENXT Constituents formula, it allows me to select records based on Category or Interest but I'd like to use a predefined Segment which allows for greater finesse in the records I update.
