How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Opportunity Record Field in Salesforce NPSP

    The Opportunity Record Type in Salesforce NPSP is akin to Gift Type is Raiser's Edge NXT.

    Currently, the Salesforce the NPSP Opportunity Record Type field is only exposed in P2GL for use in formula logic and output via the Record Type ID. The Record Type ID provides a more cumbersome way of applying field logics. In addition, it requires a Salesforce user to have admin access to identify the Record Type ID for the respective Record Type labels.

    It would be very useful to have the label exposed for the Opportunity Record Type, not just the field ID to facilitate…

  5. Need Solicit Code End Date field added to BBCRM Fields in OIC/OC

    using Solicit codes to track opt-ins for email subscriptions. The field for Solicit Code End Date isn't available in the fields to map to in OIC.

  6. Floating Column Headers in Buckets

    When scrolling down a bucket, the headers do not follow and it's difficult to remember which field is associated with which header.

  7. Side-to-side scrollbar floats or is more accessible on the review screen

    It would be great if the scrollbar didn't require scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page in order to move side-to-side to verify information in the table and instead could float at the bottom of the current frame of reference so it is more accessible/usable. Small papercut that would be nice for User Experience.
