The non-constituent is matched on alias and the relationship is updated only. No exceptions are produced for these relationships that don't get promoted to full constituents, so all of these records have to be located and manually entered because they are not being promoted like spouses currently do.

Using Findomatic helps locate the non-constituent records, but it doesn't actually show where the relationship is located. If I want to find the record the relationship is attached to, this doesn't help much.
