Merge records in LO when merged in RE.
One of the very few things about RELO that I like is that when I merge two records in RE, RELO also causes the corresponding two records in LO to be merged as well. This is important because BB charge me for active records in LO and I don't want to have to manually go to LO to clean up duplicates after I merge them in RE.

Add attendee answers custom questions to Classy imports
In one of our Classy campaigns, we have a series of custom questions and "purchase" options for donors. However, if a donor selects more than one option at a time, we do not get all of the information provided (through the API).We would like to bring in this attendee information.

For MailChimp Connector, add ability to load 'Cleaned' list member data
MailChimp assigns one of three status values to each email list member: Subscribed, Unsubscribed, or Cleaned. ImportOmatic enables me to import the Subscribed and Unsubscribed members, but I didn’t see an option to import MailChimp records with the “Cleaned” status even though the MailChimp API supports that. We have a constituent attribute in Raiser's Edge where we set the MailChimp status. Currently we have to update the 'cleaned' status using a file import.

Add "Classy Mode %" and "Is Classy Mode" Fields to Import Profile
When importing transaction details from Classy to RE, it's important that service fee details (percentage rate and opt-in) are available to be added to the import profile.
If a client wants to track whether or not constituents opted to cover service fees and the percentage in service fees they covered in future RE reports, they are unable to do so because these import fields are unavailable.

Luminate Connector - Overwrite Existing Data with Blank or Null
We have been using the Luminate Online Connector for about two years and have recently noticed that when we have a two line address in Luminate that is updated with a one line address, the second line of the address is not overwritten with a blank to make the address correct on export. Only the first line is overwritten and the second line remains. So if we have an address like Line 1: Number 35, Line 2: 123 Sesame Street, and it is updated by Line 1: 567 Cherry Tree Lane, the update in Luminate ends up being Line 1:…

Add MailChimp TAGS to the MailChimp Connectors
MailChimp provides TAGS that are invisible to list members. In order to get the same function while using the connector, I have had to set up Hidden Groups.

Mailchimp Connector to import Multivariate campaigns
At the moment, the MailChimp Connector can only import campaign activity for standard type of campaigns.
Would really be useful if you can also include campaign activity for A/B test or Multivariate type of campaigns.

Add the ability to match only on MEMBER ID using Luminate Connector
We need spouses who share the same email addresses to be added to Luminate from RE in one import. Currently if the email is already on LO, it will update the wrong record and not add a new one even though we have LO configured to accept duplicate emails. To solve this issue we need import to have add/update logic based on MEMBER ID (RE ID) only

Ability to sort or at least hide profile mapping fields for unused/unnecessary data
Too many columns in the Luminate Connector profiles makes it more difficult to troubleshoot and makes importing a real pain.

Allow filter and sort options for Emma IOM connector
There is currently no way to filter/sort by a campaign in the Emma IOM connector. As a result, we have a myriad of drafts, sent, and archived emails listed. The campaigns are not sorted in any way either, and as a result, a lot of time is spent searching for the appropriate campaign.
Filter/sort options would allow users to quickly and easily identify the campaign they'd like to import.

Add the ability to "Process Split Gifts" when using the Event Attendee Connector
Within the "Gifts" portion of the O-Matic Event profile, make the Process Split Gifts" checkbox an option when setting up the profile. Currently when a donor makes one transaction through Luminiate, but split their gift between multiple event units, there is no way to enter the gift as one transaction. The gift must be entered as multiple gifts in Raiser's Edge. This issue has implications on gift entry and donor acknowledgement procedures.

Customize CSV header/data row separators for Data File Export Connector
When exporting data meant for iModules Encompass using the Data File Export connector, their platform apparently cannot read the CSV produced by IOM because the header row fields are separated by quotes. They need the header to be separated by commas only with no quotes. The data fields still need to be separated by commas and quotes.
This could be generalized to customizing how both header and fields output.

Build a Connector to Banner
Many educational institutions use Banner as their Student information system. Getting a connection from Banner to The Raiser's Edge is something I think many higher education institutions would be in favor of, including ours.
