New user and just reviewed many of the eLearning videos. Several are using an older version of Importomatic so I'm left to guess if the functionality and procedures are the same on my newly purchased product. Some of the newer videos have poor screen resolution so it's impossible to see what the instructor is pointing to or typing (compared to some of the older ones that are clear plus the instructor zooms in on some of the windows in which he was demonstrating). One of them had very low volume-- at max, it was still not loud enough using my laptop's speakers; had to earbuds to be able to hear it. Someone should review all of them for these technical glitches or where it is time to update the video altogether.
