When exporting data meant for iModules Encompass using the Data File Export connector, their platform apparently cannot read the CSV produced by IOM because the header row fields are separated by quotes. They need the header to be separated by commas only with no quotes. The data fields still need to be separated by commas and quotes.

This could be generalized to customizing how both header and fields output.
