Merge records in LO when merged in RE.
One of the very few things about RELO that I like is that when I merge two records in RE, RELO also causes the corresponding two records in LO to be merged as well. This is important because BB charge me for active records in LO and I don't want to have to manually go to LO to clean up duplicates after I merge them in RE.

we are about to begin merging within Luminate due to the error and exceptions we receive every time we use Export to update LO with RE info. Having this happen automatically would be so helpful.

I am really sorry that I did not know this before I fought with BB about uninstalling RELO. They wanted to charge me $750 to do it and I fought back and told them all the ways that RELO had failed us and not lived up to what they promised. In the end they did not charge me. I might be pushing my luck if I asked them to re-install it now!

We were told the same thing by Omatic, but have run them in tandem now for 2 years. It is sort of an order of operations thing - as long as you do everything in the right order you have no problems and can utilize the benefits of both RELO and the LO Connector by Omatic.Happy to share more if you want to email me.

This is the biggest advantage that RELO holds over the LO Connector. I say this a s big fan of the LO Connector and as someone who could not wait to get away from RELO.
Having said that I am surprised to hear Tiffany and others who say that they use both RELO and the LO Connector. When we were implementing LO Connector both BB and Omatic told us that we should not have both running simultaneously.

This would be fantastic in the LO connector! We currently are still processing our constituents with RELO to avoid the manual clean up before we import gifts through the LO connector.
