Hi. In List Management there needs to be a button to execute a name search, and have it not automatically start searching.
We have 167,869 list management records (full constituent and non-constituent records). When we go to Search Lists and start entering a name in the search field, List Management will automatically start searching for the records. When it does this it freezes up the List Management system, and will not let us finish typing before searching. This slows everything down. If it would wait till we finish typing and then let us press a Search button to execute the search this would speed up the process, I believe.
