From a users perspective, the PRIMARY CONTACT ADDRESS should be talking about the organization's address, however you have this pulling in the EFT bank address. Why is it called the Primary Contact Address then and not the Bank Address. Incidentally, we have no use for the bank address and cannot address our prenote template with anything other than the organization name because you don't offer the contact address as a mail merge option. Because we deal with many chapters and affiliates or a larger organization, it is vital for us to specify the organization's address (e.g. American Red Cross). My suggestion would be to truly make the existing PRIMARY CONTACT ADDRESS be pulling the organization's address that has the box checked for "Primary" and not the bank address from the EFT tab.
