PLEASE give the appeal grid more love. Entirely too many clicks and keystrokes!
I literally just tested this out to count how many times I'm having to click through each field in the grid view (mostly to enter identical information, less the source code) and it is INSANE.
After a bit of testing, the least amount of clicks per row I can manage is 15 from Appeal to Package to Source. I have to do this for as many as 120 rows, depending on the request. I then have to go back through each row and paste an identical job number to each Comments cell - which has to all be double-clicked - So we're looking at 2040 clicks and that's with zero goofs resulting in more because, well, human.
Pretty please give this grid a bit of love!! I beg you!!

At best, it would be great to be able to import to this grid to populate this section. At least it would be nice to have useable keyboard shortcuts. Tab to move from field to field (without needing to click to activate the cell) and changing the type-to-select from only the first letter (typing "appeal" ends up on the first table entry starting with "L") to the actual entry (typing "appeal" ends up on the first table entry starting with "appeal").
