Change the export option to use Raiser's Edge export instead of Quick Letters functionality

Would actually prefer the option to use quick letters or mail.

This is essential for a working grateful patient program. There is no way to export data for reporting(and prospect lists) based on prospect rating codes, physicians, depts. etc. Works well for mailings, but not prospect management.
