When importing new business information, update previous business too

One feature that would be beneficial to us would be the ability in ImportOmatic to mark an exisiting business as former (with 'date to' filled in, relationship and reciprocal changed to 'Former Employer' and 'Former Employee', employee and primary business checkboxes unchecked) when adding a new business as the primary business.

This would be similar to how new and former addresses are handled in ImportOmatic.
