    This would be great, especially since we can't do much conditional matching on the non-biographical data. For instance, I may have the formula set up to add a certain Raiser's Edge attribute/custom field for all new constituent records that are created or to add that attribute if the matched constituent doesn't already have one, but I may or may not want to overwrite/update the field if it is already present. Having the side-by-side of what is coming from the formula versus what is already on the record -- just like with the constituent matching criteria -- would be useful to knowing whether I need to edit or remove the data that is about to be uploaded
