    Thanks for the suggestion.  Can you be more specific about which volunteer fields you would want to have included?  In addition, you mentioned other data you would like to see available, can you share that information as well?

    Our institution hosts fundraising events and we use special events in Altru for the purpose of selling tickets and sponsorships online and tracking registrants. We need to add registrant attributes after constituents are already registered in the event. We worked with Blackbaud Support and confirmed that the only way to update registrant attributes in bulk is for the constituent not to be already registered in the event. If a constituent has already registered for the event the import will not work and the attribute will need to be added manually.

    Omatic Support also confirmed that Omatic Cloud does not have the ability to import registrant attributes.

    For our team, manually updating thousands of registrant attributes per event is not sustainable and we were looking forward to using them for prospect research, marketing, ROI and financial purposes.
