    The inability to be more flexible with adds/sals in imports costs us a lot of extra time and inadvertently produces many errors because of overwriting existing data in our records. E.g. "Preferred name" is very important data, and when importing, I need to know whether or not that field is *blank*, or at least, as suggested, set a different formula for those records that have no match in our db.
    Believe me~ my name is Ann Kathryn Roberts; but my name is Katy. When people send things to "Ann," I might never donate to them again, because their data is sloppy.
