List Management is a database, which requires regular maintenance like Raiser's Edge. The ability to update existing data on a List Management only record needs to be enhanced to allow imports- allowing the user to pinpoint the type of clean-up using Import ids for things like Note Import ID (Action, Constituent or Gift), Attribute Import ID, Phone Import ID, and Constituent Assigned Appeal Import ID. There should also be the ability to perform global change and global deletion of coding, as coding and code table change/clean-up within systems will occur and/or a user may import the wrong data and reinstating a back-up may not be an option.
