    This is important, We recently imported all of our employees into list management and assigned them a constituency code of IND rather than EMP because of the import template that was used. We were able to globally add the EMP constituent code, but now we also want to delete the IND constituent code so that once an employee in LM is promoted to a full constituent, all the gifts will carry the gift constituency of EMP, rather than IND.
