Add duplicate search for event participants
When importing non constituent registrations for event participants, search to see if the participants already exists in that event,

Yes this would be helpful!
When I do two passes to import non-constituents (only event participants) and full constituents for events, when I do the non-constituent pass it will not show me if a person of the same exact name has already been added to an event. It only shows full constituents and List Management non-constituents, when trying to match to potential constituents in the RE system. This results in many duplicate non-constituent participants being added to the event.
