Update former employer relationship and reciprocal fields
I would like to add the following functionality to Import-O-Matic: If an individual has a current primary employment relationship, and the
file I'm importing contains a new primary employment relationship, there should be a way to automate it so that the following steps are taken with
the old primary employment relationship:
"Employee" check box is unchecked
Relationship and Reciprocal changed to "Former Employer" and "Former
Employee"

Actually, I'd like to see it do all of the following, just as IOM handles all the relevant portions of "formering" an address when there's a new one, it should handle this common situation as thoroughly as well:
a. Relationship (ideally would be changed to a table value we can set, like Former Employer)
b. Reciprocal (ideally would be changed to to a table value we can set, like Former Employee)
c. Date To (ideally would be filled out with today’s date or another date option)
d. Employee (Is Employee True/False checkbox; ideally would have the checkmark removed)
e. Matching Gift Company information to the relationship should be considered for removal if the person is no longer an employee
f. Anything else? Before implementing really think this process through. :)Thanks.

This would really help as we import faculty/staff updates and various sources for employment data appends. Currently, we have to import all the new data and then do a global change to clean up all the employment that needs changed to former.
