Add nickname and spouse first name to duplicate search criteria

This would be useful as we have full electoral reference name in name field and common name in nickname ie. Jacqueline and Jackie / Edward and Ted / Rebecca and Beccy. As you can see you can't always use first initial - B from Beccy would not match R from Rebecca meaning possible new duplicate accounts being set up
