In importomatic we have just under 200 dictionaries. Some of these are complex and so to create these for each formula would be time consuming and would mean if you ever had to change anything, you would need to do it for every formula providing you can find which one it is being used in. This would just be more efficient

We use multiple notes when we do surveys or ask lots of questions. Example - Action Type = Survey then in the notes section - Question will go in summary, Answer will go in notes. For each question there would be a separate notepad but all sit under just one Action

This would be useful as we have full electoral reference name in name field and common name in nickname ie. Jacqueline and Jackie / Edward and Ted / Rebecca and Beccy. As you can see you can't always use first initial - B from Beccy would not match R from Rebecca meaning possible new duplicate accounts being set up
