Change Omatic Output encoding from Unicode (UCS-2 LE BOM) to UTF-8.
Omatic exports output CSV files encoded with Unicode (UCS-2 LE BOM). This is not the standard encoding option, nad prevents us taking a csv file and importing it to another database without opening and saving the document again in the correct encoded format of UTF-8.
please add the option of encoding the output to UTF-8 or make this the default.

This would be a great option. Currently, I have to open the exported file in a text editor and convert it to UTF-8 to then import it into another product. Having the option in Import-o-matic would save us a step that is easy to forget!

I agree. When you export a file via IOM, you cannot import this file again with IOM without opening and saving it again. So IOM cannot read it's own export files!
