IOM should allow direct update or amend of a RG gift on account details (CC/DD) without needing to populate all other requested RG fields as necessary. Our telemarketing RG declines program only needs to update RG's account details. So for RG amendment we only need Amendment Date, new/updated CC or DD details, and at most New Amount/Starting Date/Frequency. We don't need to update the existing Appeal/Package/Fund/Campaign etc - some of which have split gifts involved. But current IOM requests all these required fields in amendment.
