Maintain which lists a record exists on when record merged (and is deleted source record)
When merging records when one or both records exist in List Management, if the record deleted is the record in a list, the record gets removed from the list. All list assignments in List Management should be maintained when merging records regardless which direction the merge occurs.

Make the Membership review form column sizing "sticky"
When we are interacting with the Membership from, we must resize columns with every pass to be able to distinguish different membership program names, etc. We adjust several columns to review, then when moving to the next record we have to resize columns again. Argh! Would be great if the column resizing "stuck" instead of requiring this same action over and over.

Add an alert on the import search results to identify automatic Annotations
We have some spouses in our database that each have separate records: one record is built out to capture that particular person's board member involvement and history and is not meant to contain any gift records, etc., and the other acts as more of the "primary" for the couple and have all of the gift history. For these particular couples, we have an auto- pop-up annotation on the "dummy" record to identify that that particular record is for board member activity only, no gifts.
When we're importing online credit card transactions via IOM, we're finding that we don't have any…

When importing new business information, update previous business too
One feature that would be beneficial to us would be the ability in ImportOmatic to mark an exisiting business as former (with 'date to' filled in, relationship and reciprocal changed to 'Former Employer' and 'Former Employee', employee and primary business checkboxes unchecked) when adding a new business as the primary business.
This would be similar to how new and former addresses are handled in ImportOmatic.

Have the ability to share phone numbers between linked relationships who share an address.

Improve the information in the pop-up after the import is complete.
The current contents of the pop-up only tell you total successfull and total exceptions. The results should indicate how many records were processed, how many resulted in an actual update (a change of some kind to a record) and how many resulted in no updates because all the incoming data already matched the data already on file so no update was needed.

Allow separate setups for email and phone number processing
We would like to be able to process emails one way and phone numbers another. Currently, we have to ignore phone numbers then run the output file through a second profile that just handles the phone numbers. It would be nice to eliminate that step.

Add "Copy Existing Last Name to Maiden Name" button
When the "Compare Bio Field Value Changes" screen comes up, it shows the Import Value and the Existing Value of Bio 1 fields that don't match up. The Last Name import value is often the married last name, whereas the maiden name is the Existing Value. I wish there was a button to move Existing Last Name to Maiden Name. Right now, I have to click on the blue link to the record, and make the changes, but a 1-click solution would be great

Add the card token field to Gift Amendments not just the main gift fields
We currently use card tokens and masked cards via ImportOmatic to setup Recurring Gifts.
However when it comes to updating the card on the gift the amendment option in importomatic only has Card Number and not the accompanying card token to make the amendment. Meaning although we can set up RGs with tokenised cards we can't change the card on an existing RG.

Please allow mapping of Attribute Import IDs
Please allow mapping of Attribute Import IDs in Importomatic. Using a deterministic scheme for these is a great insurance policy for fixing imports gone awry as they're then easy to update or delete.

Ability to Update Consent Fields
We would love to be able to update the fields in the consent section of RE via import. Attributes are a workaround but we would like to update consent when that becomes an option.

We currently can not record the url for the TeamRaiser Team Page. We would like to record that and have access to that field.

Export Duplicates List
Would like to be able to right-click on a list of duplicates and export it to Excel before it gets merged. This would allow for records analysis and tracking statistics over time. It would provide valuable and shareable information, especially for data that integrates from multiple systems. It would also serve as a backup reference file for what records got merged, which has been needed on occasion.

Have the field for Recurring Gift Installment Number be available in Donations Import with Luminate Online connector
The field for installment number on a recurring gift is an important field for us. We would like to have access to that field via import.

FindOmatic
I hope everyone else who loves FindOmatic doesn't hate me for this, but... I'd be happy to pay for a more robust version. Powerful search is such a universal need, and this solution with even more capability would be immensely helpful. I would think FindOmatic could make an enormous difference for most BB users. Think of it as the "gateway drug" to other Omatic solutions. In addition to the suggestions already submitted, I have many others that I'd be willing to pay to have. Thanks!

Ability for a better Export Function in List Management
We are using List Management to hold acquisition data which can have contact attempted several times via different methods (TM, Email, DM).
Some people opt in more than once, and while List Management has enabled us to find these records and stop duplications, it is difficult to export all the data in the way our Marketing team wants.
It would be great to be able to export more like RE export function - exporting 1 row of data with multiple Appeals or Aliases (and being able to specify which one we want exported)

Alias match facility without adding as an alias if not existing on record.
At the moment you can only add to aliases, or match and add if it doesn't already exist. We would like to be able to use it as a search function WITHOUT subsequently adding it to the alias field if it isn't already there.

format phone number
On the Duplicate Search Matching Results screen please show the import file phone numbers as they will be formatted by RE so that it is easier to tell if the phone number is a match...
