Ability to remove date entries in Job Assignment records.
IOM has the ability to remove certain field entries using the ^ character in the import file. Please also add this functionality to the date fields in Job Assignment records (on Constituent records).

Only show Profile Alias, instead of 1st Alias on Constituent Record
Currently the import profile shows the constituents first Alias, when it should only show the Alias selected in the profile. For example, if I have selected "Luminate ID" that the profile should use for matching, then it should only show the Luminate ID on the matching screen for the Alias. The user has to open the LO record and view Alias' to determine if record has a Luminate ID already.

List Management Delete List performance
Deleting a list in LM takes quite some time. To delete 3 lists, I need 35 minutes. Is there any possibility to increase this performance?

Add the ability to update volunteer timesheets
We sync Raiser's Edge with VolunteerHub. Timesheets that sync from VH are incomplete and we'd love to use ImportOmatic to fill them in! Currently Omatic only allows adding of new timesheets, but not updating existing ones. Hoping your programmers might add that little importID field!

Add consent records on relationships
It's not possible to add consent records to relationships. Where the relationships are full constituents, it ought to be enabled. Without this feature, we have to make two passes and mess about creating unnecessary aliases to make sure the consent records get added to the right constituent.

After an import, prompt us to import the exceptions
After we've finished an import, we will often immediately import the exceptions. Perhaps "Skip rows" was checked, and now we want to import the exceptions with it unchecked. Or perhaps we want to import with "Review incoming data" checked.
It can take quite a lot of clicks to locate the right exceptions file. It would be so much easier if IoM prompted us to import it.

Allow supervisors to disable "Validation Mode"
Unfettered use of validation mode can cause judge problems. Because it's designed for testing purposes, in most instances it should only be available to users who have Configuration security rights. Failing that, supervisors should be able to disable this mode for certain users.

Add the ability to "Process Split Gifts" when using the Event Attendee Connector
Within the "Gifts" portion of the O-Matic Event profile, make the Process Split Gifts" checkbox an option when setting up the profile. Currently when a donor makes one transaction through Luminiate, but split their gift between multiple event units, there is no way to enter the gift as one transaction. The gift must be entered as multiple gifts in Raiser's Edge. This issue has implications on gift entry and donor acknowledgement procedures.

Link to Omatic Data Service status page from ImportOMatic plugin
If we run out of ODS hits during an import, the rest of the import goes to exceptions. We need a way to check the number of ODS lookups remaining. Can you add the ODS status page to the IOM plugin?

Show last updated dates for addresses
When comparing two records to determine which should be the survivor, it's often very useful to compare when the address of each record was last updated. This is especially true if the records have matched on phone number/email address, and the addresses are quite different.
Currently, the only way to do this is to open each record, open the address, and check File/Properties. This is very time-consuming. It would be far easier if the pop-up comparison showed the dates the addresses were last created/updated.

Option to Stop the Import at any point
Hi. I wish there was an option to stop or abort the Importomatic import at any time and on any pop-up window during the import process. Currently I can only press Escape (ESC) button on the duplicate matching pop up window or I can press the X button on the import process window to cancel the import. When any of the other pop up windows are showing during the import process, for example the “Compare Bio Field Value Changes” pop up window, I cannot press ESC or press the X on the Import Process window to close the import.

Tag a record for follow-up
During an import, there are records that I want to go back to after the import is completed. Instead of "Send Row to Exceptions", I'd rather have a "Flag Record for Follow-up" button. This could either add an attribute for me to search on, or could add the tagged records to a separate query.

To have additional matching educational relationships when importing degreed records
We have a scenario where a constituent received two BS or two MS degrees from the same School/College Name on the same Graduation Date but for two different majors. We want these degrees to be imported into Raiser's Edge as two individual degreed records. With the current available options, we could only base on the option of matching "School Name, Degree and Graduation Date". However, with this option, ImportOmatic creates only one single degreed record with two different majors in Raiser's Edge. It will be very helpful if Omatic can add another option for matching "School Name, Degree, Graduation Date,…

Is there a way to enter Corporation individual relationships into the event so we don't have to individually type each person in as a guest
I am wondering if there is a way to enter corporation individual relationships into eventomatic, we are not inviting the corporation we are essentially inviting the individuals that work for the company. Other wise I have to individually type each person in as a guest, when they are already in RE.

Right-click on Dictionary from within profile to edit dictionary
When creating a profile and adding a dictionary, it would be good to be able to right-click on a dictionary and be able to Edit / View the contents without having to exit the profile and go to Dictionaries. This would would be much more efficient

Possibility in a profile not to overwrite addresses if they have a certain source - such as AddressFinder
We have a large amount of education data and we don't want to overwrite our addresses if the source is AddressFinder (or any specific source) with an older address from their student application. Currently this is unavailable as a standard function in IOM and has to be done through a customization at a cost.
