Don't suppress mailings and emails to surviving record
Currently if the non-surviving record is marked No Valid Address and/or Requests No Email, those boxes get marked on the surviving record even if the surviving record HAS a valid address and/or wants email. I'm choosing the survivor because it has better data and it's time consuming to go into each survivor to update these checkboxes. (This dovetails a bit with some existing requests but isn't mentioned specifically.)

GiveCampus: Adding Time Zone Selector
All gifts from GiveCampus are currently coming over with UTC timestamps, making the gift dates inaccurate on some gifts. We need the ability to specify the time zone the gift dates should be in

Set a default save location for exporting ImportOmatic profiles
We have only been using our profiles for a little while now, and we're still making minor updates to them - so I have been regularly making backups of them. Every time I export a profile to a JSON file, I have to navigate all the way back to my desired save location. It would be amazing to be able to set a default save location for profile export files.

Check addresses if they are shared
The biggest pain point when I do imports right now is address processing, specifically the lack of ability for IOM to detect whether or not an addressed is shared.
There's a lot of constituents that are linked to org records and have the shared business address as their preferred address. It would be great if I can skip over a record if an address is shared so it can be processed manually. Or have any option to check if an address is shared, do x-y-z. Right now I have the profile set up so that the address processing form pops…

Have FindOmatic pull up full List Management records, not just certain tabs.
When I search for a List Management record using FindOmatic, I'm not able to see all the tabs of information or edit all the information that I can if I access the record directly from List Management (adding notes, viewing actions, etc). It'd be great if these aligned so that I'd have the same access to view/edit a record whether I opened it within List Management or through FindOmatic. Right now we have to go through extra steps to look for a record in FindOmatic and then go over to List Management to find the same record there in order…

Be able to export to QCB transactions (non-opt ins) from RE to EN
QCB transaction with a type of GEN rather than OPT are not available to map to when pushing information from RE to EN (so question responses, rather than opt-in responses https://www.engagingnetworks.support/knowledge-base/page-builder-manage-questions/).
It would be great if these could be switched on so we can update information in EN when pushing it from RE.

Luminate Connector - Group Update -- Attributes in RE
Every group update coming into RE from Luminate is added as its own individual attribute. It would be so much cleaner if the connector would make one attribute category for Group Updates and then use the description field to delineate the various groups. There are only a few attributes viewable within RENXT and the Group Updates attribute process is mucking it all up. ;) Thanks!!!

When merging - SSN should be saved as encrypted value in the note field, rather than unencrypted, when using MergeOmatic
When records that have a value in the SSN field are merged through MergeOmatic, the data that is in that field is saved in the note as an unencrypted value - posing a security concern. Please keep the value as an encrypted value or do not save the data in the note.

Add SSN (social security number) as a display column option
Add SSN (social security number) as one of the column options to enhance comparison and researching ease. We use AlumniFinder for research of records and need SSN to determine if records are duplicates.

SORTING Option
Please add a sort filter to the columns for Merge-O-Matic. Especially the NAME and Email columns. When you have a page with 100+ potential records for review sometimes you're looking for a specific record and a sorting function would Alphabetize this for quicker search. Yes, there's a search field but in the 4 years we've used M-O-M it has never worked even when looking for a name that is clearly showing on the list. Thank you.

Make import errors succint and meaningful
I should be able to glance at my errors file to know what the errors are, but that isn't possible because errors are embedded within a matrix of additional characters, like this:

It would be nice to be able to quickly and accurately map my errors file to my exceptions file, without bringing in another 3rd party tool.

IOM Address Processing: Duplicate Criteria: Turn off Zip+4
We would love to be able to have a checkbox that allows us to match duplicate addresses based off of 5-Digit Zip Code VS. Zip +4 (maybe even in the "Go Faster" Options

Please allow mapping of Attribute Import IDs
Please allow mapping of Attribute Import IDs in Importomatic. Using a deterministic scheme for these is a great insurance policy for fixing imports gone awry as they're then easy to update or delete.

Ability to Change Existing Email Type to a Specified Type (i.e. Email 1, Email 2, Email 3)
Either change the "add existing phone/email as attribute to: **" option to "Add existing email as email type: **" and let us choose the appropriate email type OR allow users to do the inverse of "assign to next available number" and put the option as "Add the new value as new with the type identified and change existing email type to next available number."

Add the card token field to Gift Amendments not just the main gift fields
We currently use card tokens and masked cards via ImportOmatic to setup Recurring Gifts.
However when it comes to updating the card on the gift the amendment option in importomatic only has Card Number and not the accompanying card token to make the amendment. Meaning although we can set up RGs with tokenised cards we can't change the card on an existing RG.

Duplicates Exclusions - add ability to search via either ID or name
Apart from the other idea of being able to export list of duplicate exclusions & adding a 'date', it would be really helpful to be able to search via donor ID or name in the Duplicate Exclusions screen. At the moment, you can only display the possible duplicates chronologically via the ID, but when you are dealing with a list of over 1K, it would be so much more efficient to be able to search a 'name' or specific ID so you don't have to scroll through the long list.
