    Hi Elizabeth - thanks for you feedback! This specifically is related to Route to Ready if all selected fields match exactly. The intent of this request would be to have multiple values be used for routing to ready with 1-1 matches.

    Example between 3 fields:

    More information on this - the issue came when the BBCRM password expired and eventually locked out the username. The formula had data that wasn't intended to be added to the endpoint so it caused some trouble. The only way this was resolved was through deleting the formula.

    It would be very helpful to have the ability to choose which field we would need to parse in the connector. Right now, the Stripe connector uses the Customer Name field for parsing but name information lives in multiple name fields within the connector. If we could use Charge Billing Details - Name for parsing, that would be ideal.
