5. allow for the importing of soft credits. Currently IOM does not allow soft credits to be imported on their own.

   Along similar lines, implementing this feature would save a huge amount of time to be able to import soft credits from electronic donation files from third parties/workplace campaigns such as those from United Way, Cybergrants, Network for Good, Benevity, etc.
