Be able to view full name of Gift Default in order to select correct default set
We are not able to view the full name of the gift default when making a selection from the dropdown. Even after we make a selection, I have no way of scrolling to the right of that field to view the additional text. Could this be an enhancement in a future update to IOM to be able to view the full text in those dropdowns? This may apply to other fields as well, but I can only speak to gift defaults for sure.

Add ability to link existing proposals with existing media
Similarly to how you already link existing actions to existing proposals it would be very useful to be able to link existing media to existing proposals.

Add the ability to import the number of guests (GuesNum) within a participant, event record
For under 18s to our events, we do not record personal details. Instead we attached them as one anonymous children record to the parent record. We record the number of children in the total number of the Guest Number box. If would be helpful if we could import this.

advocacy issue
I would love to see Luminate Online Advocacy Issue related to an Advocacy Alert be available in the import profile. Would that field be available through the API?

Allow Non-Constituent importing for Action Contact
IOM would be a one-stop shop for me if it allowed the importing of Non-Constituent contact records into the Action Contact field. This feature is available in Raiser's Edge Import. (Ironically, this same RE Import doesn't support solicitor importing into Actions...so it's still at least a two-step process.)

Change Omatic Output encoding from Unicode (UCS-2 LE BOM) to UTF-8.
Omatic exports output CSV files encoded with Unicode (UCS-2 LE BOM). This is not the standard encoding option, nad prevents us taking a csv file and importing it to another database without opening and saving the document again in the correct encoded format of UTF-8.
please add the option of encoding the output to UTF-8 or make this the default.

Allow users (other than supervisors) to delete multiple records in List Management
Currently, only users with Supervisors rights are allowed to delete multiple records in List Management as a group. All other user rights levels are only able to delete one records at a time.
As many of the users who actually work in the product do not have supervisory rights, it seems inefficient to not allow them to delete multiple records in List Management, especially since they can delete individual rows one at a time.

Allow adding organization relationships that match on relationship and reciprocal
We want the ability to import a new organization relationship on an individual who has a pre-existing relationship to the organization with the same relationship and reciprocal values. Currently, Import-o-Matic matches to and modifies the pre-existing relationship - which happens even if option "Match organization relationships based on Always add new" is selected. We wish to import very similar relationships that differ only in the From/To date columns when compared to pre-existing relationships. Within options Constituents > Relationships > Organization > Organization Updates, how about adding a checkbox: "Create new relationship regardless of any pre-existing relationships"?

Luminate Exceptions- Record should not Disappear from list
When a record cannot be merged and the error is due to LO, that record dissapears until list is closed and opened again. What a pain. The system should auto file them into another section " Exceptions" for later review. If I'm trying to merge a record and there's an exception, it's not always the case that I can remember the name/ID of that donor record.

Duplicate Exclusions - Add the Date excluded records Added to list
• This list should have a date column of when the two records were marked as “Not duplicates”. Over time you might end up with many in there, perhaps at some point you want to revisit and remove them from that group to be rescanned but not all of them… it would be helpful to have a Date and ability to filter so that the ones removed from group are from a specific date the work was done…

Duplicate Result List - Sorting Headers columns
When reviewing Duplicate Result List The header row should be Sortable. Even if the duplicates list has a score criteria it’s helpful to have the ability to sort everyone within that score in Asc/Desc order by e.g. Name, Constituent Code or Email headers ….

Make Key Indicator and Last Gift Amount Fields Column Options
-Key Indicator field should be included (yes a query could be created just for ORG or IND) but having the option there would be good if you want to work on merges for IND and ORG at the same time and easily identify them in the duplicates list
-Last Gift Amount would also be a helpful criteria to include along with the already existing Last Gift Date field

Make Team Raiser Team ID available in TR Donations import profile
Currently TeamRaiser Team ID is not an available field in the TR Donation import profile in the Luminate Connector. Can this field be made available? It would be very helpful!

Unslecet Address and Phone updates
It would be helpful to unselect address and phone info to get around the duplicate phone type business rule that keeps records from being merged.

MergeOmatic should produce an excpetions report with IDs and Error descriptions
it would be nice to have and exceptions file with IDs and Errors to possibly fix Event or Phone issues and re-merge the records

Have the option to view if a constituent is head of household in the duplicate search results columns.
I would love to see a column where we could see if HoH is checked on a particular record during import.

make the TeamRaiser Team url (website) available to bring into RE
We currently can not record the url for the TeamRaiser Team Page. We would like to record that and have access to that field.

Export Duplicates List
Would like to be able to right-click on a list of duplicates and export it to Excel before it gets merged. This would allow for records analysis and tracking statistics over time. It would provide valuable and shareable information, especially for data that integrates from multiple systems. It would also serve as a backup reference file for what records got merged, which has been needed on occasion.

Allow importing Luminate Constituent Updates based on Last Modified By
Allow an import profile be created based on Luminate's Last Modified By field. Currently there is not a way to filter which constituent updates to import into Raiser's Edge. When exporting an LO Group Query from RE to LO, it updates the Last Modified Date and Last Modified By field on the constituent record, so then Importomatic will pick up these constituent updates to import into RE while no actual change happened on the constituent record. This can amount to thousands of unnecessary imports.
