Alias match facility without adding as an alias if not existing on record.
At the moment you can only add to aliases, or match and add if it doesn't already exist. We would like to be able to use it as a search function WITHOUT subsequently adding it to the alias field if it isn't already there.

This is such an obvious feature, and (one would have thought) simple to implement. I can't believe it hasn't already been added. We need it because MergeOmatic adds aliases of 'old' consituent IDs. So if we're importing constituent IDs, we need to match against that alias if it exists, but not add the alias if it doesn't exist.
