Allow option to search segmentation for specific record
There is no way to sort or search for specific records within a segmentation. Adding a search feature would allow team members to quickly find records to verify they have made it into the correct segmentation.

When I resize field widths, save my settings so I don't have to keep resizing everytime.

On the duplicate results page, don't uncheck duplicates when changing pages
I don't want to have to "queue for merge" or merge before changing to the next page. Instead I want to be able to check duplicates on multiple pages before queuing or merging.
If I have to queue for merge or merge it means the page will refresh with more records at the bottom of the page and I have to review the whole page again.

Create pre-merge queries of records selected as duplicates
When reviewing duplicates to be merged it would be great to be able to create/access a query of the queued records, with their survivor/duplicate status, to review in bulk before merging.

Make an Easier way to Stop an Import at Any Time
Currently I am only able to stop an import with Importomatic, by pressing the ESC key on an address comparison popup. I wish there was a dedicated button (or even being able to just "X" out of an import window) to easily stop the import at any time.
Maybe it should also ask to confirm, if you really want to stop the import as well.

Allow Fields to Be Moved Within a Profile, and Copy Certain Fields to Another Profile
Hi. I wish you could move fields up or down within a profile. Also it would be nice to copy certain fields and paste them to a different profile. Right now you can only copy a whole profile. I don't think you can do these things yet, that i know of.

Split Gift with 2 funds in same row
We have a file that comes with multiple fund designations for the same gift. The way our file comes is with the 2 funds and the amount to go to each fund all in the same row. It would be great if IOM could process gifts like this instead of having to have multiple rows.

Add another option for upper/lower casing names.
Some people's names don't follow the standard of capitalizing the first letter. Dick van Dyke for example. If you added an option that would look at a name and if the name already contained both upper and lower case letters skip it assuming that the upper/lower casing already present is correct.

Allow you to import a file without a header row.
We have files provided from various sources and do not always have control over the format. In some cases these files do not include a header row, so the first row is actually data that we want to import. Currently IOM always treats the first row as a header, so it does not import data contained in the first row. It would be great if there was a checkbox in the profile configuration allowing you to choose if you want to treat the first row in your file as a header row or as a data row.

Add attendee answers custom questions to Classy imports
In one of our Classy campaigns, we have a series of custom questions and "purchase" options for donors. However, if a donor selects more than one option at a time, we do not get all of the information provided (through the API).We would like to bring in this attendee information.

Create PremiumOmatic
RENXT doesn't support premiums (gifts tied to a transaction such as a DVD). There is a need for non-profits to have a product that can manage premium data:
- Store premium data (premium code, name, fmv, cost, min pledge, etc)
- Use stored data to apply to transactions (gift code look up to add details on the transaction; check inventory restrictions)
- Use reporting to manage inventory and shipping capabilities (mark a premium as shipped, add ship date, tracking number, etc)
Can Omatic create a product that can manage all if not most of these needs?

Be able to view full name of Gift Default in order to select correct default set
We are not able to view the full name of the gift default when making a selection from the dropdown. Even after we make a selection, I have no way of scrolling to the right of that field to view the additional text. Could this be an enhancement in a future update to IOM to be able to view the full text in those dropdowns? This may apply to other fields as well, but I can only speak to gift defaults for sure.

Include phone and email info in the notepade record of the merge
MergeOmatic keeps a nice record of the incoming merge data in the surviving record by creating a notepad record of the non-surviving record data. The record is very detailed (almost every constituent field is records) but surprisingly it omits phone and email information. This would be a valuable addition.

Open constituent record after merge is complete
After two records are merged it is often desirable to open the the surviving record to make additional manual edits. It would be a big time saver to have MergeOmatic do this optionally as the final step of a merge process. For example, add a "right click" menu option like the existing "Merge into survivor..." that includes the open ... something like "Merge into survivor and open..."

Add duplicate processing like the address processing
I would like to be able to ignore duplicates below a certain score and always add these as new records without having to manually process possible duplicates. I love the address filtering options which allow me to add addresses as new addresses depending on score and the same sort of processing for duplicates would be a huge time saver when importing less complete data e.g. names + email brings up too many possible duplicates as name matches, but if email does not match too I want to create a new record. It takes too long to manually process possible duplicates.

Need Ability to Link an Existing Gift to Membership Transaction Import
We are able to import membership (e.g., renewal) transactions into RE via IOM. However, we are not able to link the existing gifts that were already imported to these membership transaction during the import.
Without this feature, we need to use an RE import separately to create the linkages.

Add option to promote a non-constituent relationship to a full constituent when matching.
When importing a file and matching to an alias, I want a new record to be created automatically when matched to a non-constituent relationship. Currently, I have to manually process the records because the side by side comparison box pops up.

We have observed that Adding gift rule pop-ups do NOT appear when importing data with ImportOmatic (but they do with manual data entry).

Omatic should add this functionality to the ImportOmatic product.
