We currently use Mailchimp with Omatic Cloud to sync data back to RE NXT, but as a Canadian organization, dealing with US compliance regulations has become a major headache. We want to switch over to CyberImpact, a Canadian email provider that handles our domestic privacy laws (like CASL and Quebec’s Law 25) natively and keeps all data hosted locally in Canada.

The issue is that Omatic Cloud doesn't have a pre-built connector for CyberImpact. If we make the switch, we’ll be stuck doing manual file exports and imports to keep our donor database updated, which completely defeats the purpose of having Omatic Cloud in the first place.

CyberImpact has a great, modern API that handles contacts and unsubscribes easily, so it seems like a perfect candidate for a native connector. Building this would be a huge help for Canadian nonprofits trying to stay compliant while keeping our data clean and automated. I'd love to know if this is something the product team would consider adding to the roadmap!
