How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ability to review all data being imported

    Any field that might be touched through the Omatic import should be displayed on one screen to be approved by the importer. The current data difference grid only shows a couple fields. We should have the ability to see the two side by side (current BBCRM data & new Form Data) and decide which to keep untouched, and which to update with new data, and also have the ability to make edits to the new data before import.

  2. Add reason code to BBCRM Constituent Email

    BBCRM Constituent Email Address section has an option to set the "Do Not Email" flag. However, our Bio records team would like us to include a reason code inorder to identify who (in this case from where) set the flag.

    Would it possible to add reason code as an option?

    We are currently integrating with Emma.

  3. Allow for email campaigns to be excluded from data push to database of record

    Would love to be able to exclude email campaigns that are pushing back from Constant Contact to Altru.

  4. Add unmapped fields to grid options

    We would like to show an ID field in the grid options that isn't in both systems.

  5. Option to add mapped data only if records are new

    We have a couple one off scenarios where we only want to bring over information IFF the record is a truly new record in BBCRM.

    For example: addresses, BBCRM is usually the most accurate in terms of our data. While we have some "Add if not matched logic" we often run into the flags being set to false for new records.

    So it would be nice to have a blanket "Always add address for new records"

  6. The ability to add/edit constituency is not available in OIC/OC for BBCRM

    Ability to add/edit constituency records for BBCRM Constituent Revenue

    So that I can properly tag our constituents in BBCRM

  7. Ability to add financial account info to recurring gifts (BBCRM)

    We currently do not have the ability to add financial information for recurring gifts. We have a file with a mixture of Credit Card and EFT recurring gifts and we are unable to populate EFT information in the recurring gift. We would also like the ability to add new financial relationships if they don't exist on the record also
