Notes about the profile
The description gives a brief description. We could do with a notes field to record more bespoke information about the profile. This could include changes need to import file before running import or any detailed information about the profile. We currently do this outside of ImportOmatic

Add the ability to import multiple Gifts with 1 profile
We have a .CSV file which splits Gifts out Merchandise Sales from Donations in different columns. It would be great if we could use the #number to add more than one gift on a single import. Then we could then assign a different Fund and an Appeal to each gift. At the moment we manually do this by creating separate spreadsheets and the use more than one profile, even though it arrives in one spreadsheet. Painful!

Allow duplicate Organisational Relationships without them being non-constituent
Raiser's Edge allows manual addition of relationships between the same constituents, with the same relationship and reciprocal types; this is useful for when people move within the same organisation as employees but have different positions. However, Importomatic does not allow this, either letting you import with a non-constituent as the link, or overwriting what it assumes is duplications.

Add an option within VIP Processing to 'create exception' if a record meets the VIP query criteria
An added option to create an exception if a constituent record exists in the VIP query would be incredibly useful - especially when trying to avoid processing certain constituents (ex. Board Members) based on information that is in RE, but not in the incoming import data.

Duplicate Exclusions - Add the Date excluded records Added to list
• This list should have a date column of when the two records were marked as “Not duplicates”. Over time you might end up with many in there, perhaps at some point you want to revisit and remove them from that group to be rescanned but not all of them… it would be helpful to have a Date and ability to filter so that the ones removed from group are from a specific date the work was done…

Allow Non-Constituent importing for Action Contact
IOM would be a one-stop shop for me if it allowed the importing of Non-Constituent contact records into the Action Contact field. This feature is available in Raiser's Edge Import. (Ironically, this same RE Import doesn't support solicitor importing into Actions...so it's still at least a two-step process.)

Unslecet Address and Phone updates
It would be helpful to unselect address and phone info to get around the duplicate phone type business rule that keeps records from being merged.

MergeOmatic should produce an excpetions report with IDs and Error descriptions
it would be nice to have and exceptions file with IDs and Errors to possibly fix Event or Phone issues and re-merge the records

Allow Access to RE Tribute Gift Acknowledged Field
Almost all fields for a tribute gift are available, but we can not access Acknowledge on the tribute itself while importing a gift.

Add MailChimp TAGS to the MailChimp Connectors
MailChimp provides TAGS that are invisible to list members. In order to get the same function while using the connector, I have had to set up Hidden Groups.

Allow access to a survey notes field in Luminate Online.
We would like to record Notes that are on a particular survey in our LO. But that notes field is unavailable in the connector. That would be helpful to have access to.

PLEASE give the appeal grid more love. Entirely too many clicks and keystrokes!
I literally just tested this out to count how many times I'm having to click through each field in the grid view (mostly to enter identical information, less the source code) and it is INSANE.
After a bit of testing, the least amount of clicks per row I can manage is 15 from Appeal to Package to Source. I have to do this for as many as 120 rows, depending on the request. I then have to go back through each row and paste an identical job number to each Comments cell - which has to all be double-clicked -…

Show Other Phone Types in Duplicate Matching Search Results
When I am performing an Import with a flat file containing a unique phone type, the values for that column do not appear in the preview row in the Duplicate Search Matching Results. We import all phone numbers from a particular data source with a unique phone type and it would be great to see these "other" phone types show up in the DSMR so we don't have to open the source data every time to compare phone numbers. Thanks!

Add ability to link new tributes or existing tributes to existing gifts in Raiser's Edge
Currently it is possible to link a new or existing tribute to an existing gift using the Import function of Raiser's Edge and mapping one field to Gift Link (and using the Gift Import ID) and the other to Tribute Import ID (and using the Tribute Import ID). However this is not possible using ImportoMatic as there is no field that can be mapped to GFTLink or Gift Link.
