    Hi Cody,

    With now having the ability to export results within a bucket to a CSV, have you been able to use that file to meet the need for creating a list of non-Contacts to add as Leads in Salesforce?

    Hi Cecilia,

    Thank you for your submission! To ensure I understand your request, is the below problem statement accurate?
    Since I am unable to process recurring gifts tied to unpublished or archived donation forms through Omatic Cloud, I must keep (all) donation forms active in my Luminate instance.

    First, we'll have to do a little research to see if Luminate will make inactive donation forms available through their API. If so, would you expect to be able to include 'all' inactive donation forms or specific ones? And, would you want inactive donation forms to be used in conjunction with active donation forms within the same formula?

    It looks like this request would impact the following Luminate (as a source) endpoints:
    LO Sustainers
    LO Donations
    LO Organization Donations

    Are you interested in matching records based on email addresses stored in RENXT? Are you currently using the Match Search options within the formula "wizard" in Omatic Cloud? Besides email addresses, what other types of fields are you using to perform searches?

    Thank you for your suggestion. I'd like to ask a few questions to get a better understanding of desired behavior. This suggestion has quite a few votes, so anyone is welcome to answer the below questions!

    - Today, how do you handle those records in the formula exceptions bucket?
    - Do you mostly find records end up in that bucket because of a connection issue?
    - What happens if you reprocess that record (from the exceptions bucket)?
    - Do you often find that the source record in the formula exceptions bucket is different than the target record in the destination? Or is it the same record that would have otherwise been matched if not a connections issue?

    The product management group would love to hear more about your request for a Zoom connector and how it would be used with registrations. Which other connector would you like to integrate Zoom with? How is the Zoom information coming through today and how would you like today's process automated?

    Hi Cody, I'd love to have you walk through your use case below. I'd like to understand if this suggestion could be solved by a transformation that mimicks how the Salesforce instance is configured to name opportunities by default, or if the default naming in Salesforce could be updated (depending on the desired outcome).

    Hi Susan and Christina - which destination systems are you working with where you would like Omatic Cloud to add table information? Some APIs are not built to allow for table entries to be added, and some systems have a configuration setting to allow new entries to be added.

    Although not customizable, we made an update that will be released early August, where the formulas will at least be alphabetized.

    Hi Megan,

    Thank you for your idea! Do you mind telling me which connector(s) you are using? Some of our endpoints have field level validation on save that will inform the user which field is causing the issue. Typically, those errors are triggered from a required field or a corresponding required /dependent field not being mapped.

    What type of errors are you experiencing that aren't triggering a validation message? At what point in the formula process are you resolving those errors?
