Enforce Unique Formula Names

Formula names should be unique in Omatic Cloud. Multiple formulas with the same name can cause confusion during processing or reporting an issue with support.

    I would say across an environment and/or tenent. I don't think data source or formula type would be enough because we could theoretically see formulas named "Donations" among flat file, Luminate, etc.

    Would you see the need for unique naming across an environment, a tenent, data source, or formula type?
