   You can define the exception reason when skipping a row by using the ‘Replacement Value’ in the Dictionary. You can find full details here: http://omatic-importomatic.helpdocsonline.com/create-exception-skip-row

   But I think you might mean you would like to add Exception reasons when manually skipping a row. Is that right?
