It would be helpful if data differences in fields used to find matching records were highlighted in the source record and possible matching records in 1:N data grids. This would help the user locate the most likely match for the source record more quickly. See the attached screenshot for an example of fields that would be highlighted in a formula where first name, last name, and Lookup ID are used to find possible matching records.
