Side-to-side scrollbar floats or is more accessible on the review screen
It would be great if the scrollbar didn't require scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page in order to move side-to-side to verify information in the table and instead could float at the bottom of the current frame of reference so it is more accessible/usable. Small papercut that would be nice for User Experience.

We isolated and resolved the issue. The review screen table header and bottom scroll bar are now remain visible while scrolling through records. Thank you!
