Allow Fund queries to be used for ReNXT to GiveCampus connector
With the ReNXT to GiveCampus connector going live soon, we would like to use it to import our Fund/Designations into GiveCampus. However, since our current option is to only use a gift query or gift list, we can only send over funds that have received at least one gift. A fund query would allow us to connect new funds when they are created, whether they have received a gift or not yet.
