It would be helpful to be able to specify for matching fields if a blank value is a data difference or is not a data difference (like the Capitalization counts as a data difference, but maybe to be able to specify it for the specific field, not for all the fields).

This would allow me to be able to expand the results of my records that go to the Ready bucket because currently I have to match on First Middle and Last Names (so that we don't overwrite someone's full middle name to a middle initial which is common especially in credit card transactions). But since only about 1/3 of my constituents include a middle name at all, it means that those who have a middle name in the database but not in my gift file don't register as a "Ready" match because the middle name is "different" even though there is no data to overwrite it.
