Add NIN to Omatic cloud
For importing Standing Order payments from the bank the only way we can link to Constituents is by a unique ref. We currently store this in the NIN field. Could we get this field added to the omatic cloud when it is added to the SKY API (raised with Blackbaud as well). Thanks

Custom Fields in Every Action Connector on Contributions
It looks like custom fields are available for Contributions in the EveryAction connector, but we can't access the Contribution custom fields that are available on the Recurring Commitment formulas. Example--we're looking for a custom "Fund" field that has been created to further breakout gifts, but we are not able to map to this right now for recurring commitments. The custom field is available on the contribution.

Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector
Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

Send to a specific triage bucket based on a Mailchimp status field results returned during matching.
Triage currently takes specific match situations into account but I'd like to send records where Mailchimp returned "Cleaned" or "Unsubscribed" directly to the Exceptions triage bucket regardless of matching criteria. This will allow me to automate the Ready triage bucket instead of needing to review it before sending the record updates to Mailchimp. This matters because I'm trying to reduce the overall number of API transactions (Blackbaud has a threshold over which they charge me extra).

RENXT <> HubSpot list mapping
We would love to have year to date giving included in the RENXT <> HubSpot list mapping. I see greatest gift, gift gift and latest gift, but having YTD giving would be super helpful for donors who give multiple times a year.

Need Calculate Transformation in Concatenate
We need the ability to use the Calculate transformation inside the Concatenate transformation like the other transformations. We see this use case with fees, events, etc that have multiple amounts available that need to have the calculate transformation applied to subtract fees or multiply by the quantity of tickets and there are conditions where we would take one value over the other. You can only do this with a concat right now.

Attribute Comment Updating
When Importing Attribute if match on Category and Description is found, it would be very helpful to be able to keep existing comment and add to it. example we store education attribute sport with years of participation in the comments so if category=sport and description=basketball and comment is 25,24 I would want to add 26 to comment, to read 26,25,24. Perhaps concatenate existing value & add 26 with comma separator.

BBIP Connector
Please create a Data Connector to BBIP (Blackbaud Integrated Payments (aka BBMS).
There might be cases where payments go through BBIP but not via a pathway that auto-creates a Gift Batch.

Add Suffix as a field for matching.
We bring in many alumni or students who have parents who match on first, last, address, etc. and we would like to use Suffix as a matching or autopick field.

Pull the correct names for a tribute match
When importing tributes from Luminate Online, the tribute name pulls as the donor's name, so I have to go into the RE NXT record and the Tribute donation interaction to see the incoming data and match it to existing data. Once the tribute goes into RE, the Tribute name shows as the correct tribute name indicated on the form, so it would be nice if the correct name showed up on the import screen.

Ability to delete bio2 end dates
I need to be able to remove end dates from the bio2 codes. We use them to show what projects a constituent participates in.. If they sign up again after a lapse, we need to be able to remove the end date that is there.

Add Tax Receipt Number
Could you include the Tax Receipt Number field in the mapping? The gift transactions I import into RENXT come from an external system that has already generated the tax receipts.

Allow sort by "match reasons" in Needs Review grid
Allow sorting by “Match Reasons” in the Needs Review grid so users can quickly prioritize and process potential matches more efficiently. Let me know if I am missing something that already exists. Thank you.

Enhanced Batch Controls for Safer NXT Data Processing
Introduce safeguards that allow users to validate and, if needed, stop or reverse large batch submissions to NXT. When processing high volumes of records, a single wrong button push or selection error can impact thousands of records with little ability to intervene once a send is initiated (ask me how i know). Adding a pre-send validation layer would help identify anomalies before data is committed. In addition, the ability to pause or cancel a batch in progress, along with clear status visibility, would provide critical control during processing. It would be cool if we could apply a group change to ready records before pushing to RE by field. For example, I want all my gifts to go to one batch and so need to change the batch description to all be the same for each gift. Currently have gifts come into ready with date & timestamp to assist with troubleshooting mapping in Omatic but once I send them to RE, I want all that info to be the same to push them through to one batch.

Allow customers to stop a formula if an error is noticed
I have a formula running but it is importing correctly and I have no way of stopping it. I'm at the mercy of customer service to stop it. Allow customers the ability to stop a running formula if there is an issue.

New Mailchimp Formula Type & options
I am trying to proactively update emails in RE when they change in Mailchimp. I can create formulas for Subscribed or Unsubscribed Mailchimp contacts, but not Cleaned. Also, when I create a Mailchimp Subscribers to RENXT Constituents formula, it allows me to select records based on Category or Interest but I'd like to use a predefined Segment which allows for greater finesse in the records I update.
