How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

    It would be helpful to also have the option to include a LinkedIn url address as an option for constituent match search for imports.

  2. Deceased indicator

    Display a deceased indicator in the data differences columns of the triage buckets, similar to displaying Mailchimp contact status. This will help with decisions without me needing to step into the record just to find out they're deceased.

  3. Integrations/Formulas | Mapping | Total Sum of Two Cells/Columns from an Import File

    Built-in feature that allows combining two column headings to create a total sum during the mapping process.

    Example: scenarios of summing platform fees and transaction fees.

  5. Pulling in Mailchimp actions from previous Campaigns sent in previous months, not just current month.

    I've noticed that after a mailchimp campaign has been sent, if donor clicks on a link or opens the mailchimp email many weeks or months after it was initially sent, that data does not pull into NXT. It would be great if there was a way to ensure that all mailchimp actions (sent, open, click, unsubscribe, abuse) are pulled into NXT regardless if it's from the current month's mailchimp campaign or an older one.

  7. Add a Classy Event Recurring Plan profile type

    Classy users have the option to configure an event with Recurring Gift options for donors. A Classy Event Recurring Plan profile type seems to be needed for recurring gifts created on events since those new recurring setups don't come through with the standard Classy recurring plan profile. The recurring installments are able to come down through the donations profile, but none of the existing Classy connector profile types seem to be able to handle the Recurring Setup gift currently if it made on an event record in Classy.

  8. Add Team Captain Name and Participant Name Fields to LO TeamRaiser Gift

    The IDs for gift linking are awesome, but many clients also need to associate the participant name and team captain name with the gift as well (usually a gift attribute or reference). These fields are available through standard LO reports, could these two fields also come down through the connector API?

  9. Access to Email History/Event Registration in NXT

    We would like to use Email History in NXT to help determine some engagement factors in Luminate Online on a constituent record. Currently there is no way to map/transform/capture that information.

    With the new iOS privacy update, understanding constituent engagement and having a 360 picture of engagement across all platforms is incredibly valuable. We would like to explore accessing those fields to apply an engagement number in LO. In addition, if someone registers for an event in NXT, that should be applied to a different engagement factor field.
