    We don't store country in our addresses so I'm not sure exactly at what point this became an issue for us with IOM but it makes any address come in come up with address processing since the country does not match. Please allow us which fields we want to come up as a mismatch. zip and zip+4 is another one.

    Hi, Omatic here! After reviewing this request, we think we may have misunderstood Joan’s initial request when we responded quite awhile back. We’ve corrected the suggestion’s status, but we also included the initial response below for context. Please feel free to continue to vote on the idea and add your comments!

    Previous response – Hi Joan, IOM already matches on any email address. We already have phone number matching scheduled for the next big release, but you can have it now simply by mapping your phone numbers as email addresses in your Import-O-Matic profile (RE treats phones and emails pretty much the same).

    I agree with this. We have to choose a phone/email type for the import to link to. If there is already one in that field you can have it add a new phone type of like Home 2, Home 3. However, it would be more useful for us to be able to choose what phone type it will use if there is one of that specific type already being used. For example, with our files we get from the university on the graduates we import the phone # as home. If someone is already in RE and has a home #, I would like it to go in as Alternate. To be able to choose an order in the profile, or even a step when you are importing to choose the phone type would be great and save us extra cleanup when it is all done.
