How can we improve Omatic Cloud?

  1. Custom Fields in Every Action Connector on Contributions

    It looks like custom fields are available for Contributions in the EveryAction connector, but we can't access the Contribution custom fields that are available on the Recurring Commitment formulas. Example--we're looking for a custom "Fund" field that has been created to further breakout gifts, but we are not able to map to this right now for recurring commitments. The custom field is available on the contribution.

  2. Ability to Schedule Exports from RE/NXT

    It would make life a lot easier to be able to schedule an export so that data can be shared with another data system without having to do it manually.

  3. Adding HubSpot Alternate Email

    It looks like right now for the RENXT to HubSpot formula we only have the option to update the existing email on a HubSpot contact. We'd like the ability to add an alternate email address to the existing HubSpot contact.

  4. HubSpot additional Properties under Email Information Group

    For the RENXT Constituents to HubSpot formula--right now it looks like we only have access to 2 fields under the Email Information Group: "Email address quarantine reason" and "Legal basis for processing contact's data". Additional subscription information can be kept under this Group to indicate a user's interests so that we can create specific email lists, but we can't access them right now.

  5. Be able to match to Gift Attribute Import ID in order to update gift attributes

    Seem to be able to add new gift attributes, but not update existing gift attributes. Being able to globally update existing gift attributes would be very useful

  8. Add RE NXT tax declaration to list of available fields

    To use Omatic for gift imports in the UK we need to be able to add tax declaration information for the donor. These fields have been added to the Sky API now, so could they also be added for mapping in Omatic Cloud?

  9. RENXT to HubSpot Export: HubSpot Additional Email Match

    During an export from RENXT to HubSpot it looks like Omatic currently only looks for email matches for the email that is marked as "Primary" in HubSpot. Is it possible to consider the "Additional Emails" in HubSpot, to reduce the risk of duplicates being created?

  10. Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector

    Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

  12. Add NIN to Omatic cloud

    For importing Standing Order payments from the bank the only way we can link to Constituents is by a unique ref. We currently store this in the NIN field. Could we get this field added to the omatic cloud when it is added to the SKY API (raised with Blackbaud as well). Thanks

    Currently these fields are not available in Blackbaud's SKY API. However"," once they are available"," we will look into adding this information!

  14. RENXT Tags

    We would like to be able to use RENXT Tags for mapping to HubSpot. This field is currently available in NXT but not available in RENXT List to HubSpot formulas.

  15. Access to Email History/Event Registration in NXT

    We would like to use Email History in NXT to help determine some engagement factors in Luminate Online on a constituent record. Currently there is no way to map/transform/capture that information.

    With the new iOS privacy update, understanding constituent engagement and having a 360 picture of engagement across all platforms is incredibly valuable. We would like to explore accessing those fields to apply an engagement number in LO. In addition, if someone registers for an event in NXT, that should be applied to a different engagement factor field.

  16. make classy url available in connector

    The url of the Classy Fundraiser's Page is not available as a field to map in the Classy Connector and would be most useful to be able to capture. We have suggested this to Classy as well.

  17. Add 'Accounting Code' field to available field mapping for LO Calendar Event Profile

    Many users are using the 'Accounting Code' to associate RE gift coding with a specific LO Calendar Event - This field does not appear to be an available mapping option on the Calendar Event Attendee profile.

  18. For the VolunteerHub connector, change the date range field from "registration date" to "event date"

    When bringing in Volunteer information from VolunteerHub, it would make more sense for the date range to be "event date" rather than "registration date" because the date someone registers for an event doesn't really matter. With this current set-up, it misses people who signed up for an even event before the date range even if they actually volunteered during the date range.

    Direct, one-step integration from Ticketmaster would allow non-profit theatres to easily import ticket buyer information directly into Raiser's Edge.
