Add Education>First Post-Secondary School>Major Field to Luminate Online API Call
Education fields under First Post-Secondary School and Second Post-Secondary School sections in Luminate Online are not available to be mapped in our Luminate Online to Salesforce formula because the majority of the Education fields are not included in the Luminate Online API call. Because we have limited custom fields to use in Luminate, we are using the Major field for our Undergraduate Major tracking. This is crucial to our reporting inside Salesforce and it is a huge limitation that we cannot map the Major field via Omatic Cloud.
3 votesWe have updated the Luminate Online constituent source endpoint to now include each of the first and second post secondary education fields. These fields are now available for mapping in your Omatic Cloud formulas.

Automatically strip leading/trailing spaces from incoming values/source files
Please bring back Omatic Cloud automatically stripping leading/trailing spaces from incoming values. The previous version of Omatic Cloud did this and the new version does NOT do this which means any data differences have to be accepted one by one. The only other alternative is adding a transformation to remove the spaces. However, it is not possible to specify leading/trailing spaces so this is problematic for many incoming names!
3 votesIn today's release, we have added functionality to automatically remove leading and trailing spaces on ingestion. In addition, you will have an option during routing to count/ignore spaces in the destination as a data difference. Spaces will be indicated in the grids with a purple box surrounding the space.

The Remove Custom Text transformation has been updated to allow a user to remove any character from the beginning of a text string. This can be used to remove all leading zeros, or any other character, from a field's value.

Add ability to filter transactions from Engaging Networks
It would be nice to be able to filter incoming Engaging Networks transactions by the status. The status being returned from Engaging Networks is either "success" or "reject" and we'd like to be able to filter the declined, or rejected, transactions.

Update fields only if new record
When a formula imports data for new and existing contacts, there may be fields that should only be populated for new records.
For example, we have source campaign, source, and sub-source to record where a record initially came from. This should only be updated on new records.
Having a 'only if new' option in the mapping would be really useful. I.e. when selected, the incoming data is ignored when updating existing records, and populated when creating new records.

Keep 'Remove batch if validation fails during processing checkbox' checked
After checking the box to "Remove batch if validation fails during processing checkbox" it would be nice if that remained check for each subsequent posting job.
3 votesWith the release on 12/5/2024, the 'Remove batch if validation fails during processing' checkbox will remember the last status chosen when processing a formula so that a user doesn't have to manually update the checkbox each time a formula is processed.

Split gift by percentage
Add the ability to transform gifts by a set percentage of the gift amount in order to create a split gift with multiple funds. Example, 80% of the gift to one fund, 20% to another

Add ability to route to "ignore" and filter records from processing
When building a formula, it would be extremely helpful to define a set of criteria or matching rules that would automatically route a record to Ignore or a queue to Confirm Ignore.

Offering the ability to pull all list types from NXT, not just a Constituent list. (Gifts, Actions, Opportunities)
I need the ability to sync constituents between NXT and Luminate who have given to a particular Package. This is only searchable in NXT through a Gift List.
3 votesThis is now supported, with RENXT Query as a Source. You can create a query in RENXT, and use it as the source of the data to send to Luminate.

Show "Incoming Date/Time" of Record During Matching
We currently have a problem if the record comes in multiple times, we don't know which record is the latest one. You almost have to export the data and review it column to column for an individual.
It would be nice to include the date/time when the record was added to the matching screen. Right now we can see date/time for exceptions, so it would be nice to see that on the matching.3 votes -
Activate the links/update gift list to allow linking of pledge payments in RENXT batches..
RENXT now accepts Pledge Payments in batch. Even though the Original pledge Lookup ID is mapped the formula still returns a Destination error saying pledge payments are not supported. This capability needs to be activated.

Note: Whether Pledges or Pledge payments are processed through Batch or not, certain fields are not yet supported though. These include Gift Constituency, Gift Subtype, and Gift Code. We look forward supporting these soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Include other name fields besides FN, LN in matching to Salesforce
I'm trying to show an example of data differences with name fields, specifically Middle name and "Nickname" (custom text field on contact record).
Two things I'm noticing:Neither Middle name, nor "Nickname" shows up as a data difference even though there are different names on that record in SF. In the review screen, if I add the middle name and nickname fields to the Summary window in Salesforce, nothing shows in the SF record box.
When I go to my matching, I can't add additional fields to Name criteria. I also can't include these fields on Name & Address criteria.

Match & Update - Don't Add
Salesforce formulas need a setting like RENXT on child objects to allow for control over what happens when a match is or is not found so users can choose not to add new if matches are not found and leave destination as-is if matches are found.
Example1: Salesforce users importing Benevity files link opportunities between employee and employer via a lookup field with the transaction ID. If the employee or employer doesn't give ($0 gift), we're not creating an opportunity. Add Salesforce Production to Salesforce Production option to Formula Setup
Would like the ability to create a report in Salesforce Production and have omatic pull that report and make the updates noted in the formula in Salesforce production at a scheduled time. At this time, I can only schedule automatic updates from Salesforce Production to Salesforce Sandbox, which is useless when trying to keep the data clean in the live database

Import from One system of Record into the Same System of Record
We would like to create a formula that will take a Salesforce (SF) report and update the data in SF automatically. The formula set up page does not have the option "Salesforce Production to Salesforce Production". The only options are "Salesforce Production to Flat file" and "Salesforce production to Salesforce Sandbox"

Add ability to include archived/unpublished donation forms
Add the ability to include archived/unpublished forms to the donation form selection in the "Additional Settings (Source)" step. Currently we cannot unpublish or archive any donation form with a recurring gift option in Luminate (which for us is most pages) because Omatic cloud will not pull those transactions once the page is unpublished/archived. This causes unnecessary page clutter in Luminate.

Ability to Add new from the Ready bucket
We would like the ability to Add new from the Ready bucket (currently, can only send the page or send all). There are times when there are records in the Ready bucket that look like a potential match in the destination but are not. The ability to Add new from the ready bucket would be helpful. Currently, the work around is to document which record needs investigation or delete that row from the ready bucket to manually add later.

SF and RENXT Match on Name and Email
I would like the ability to submit to Match on Email and Name for RENXT and Salesforce.
Use Case: I have records I am attempting to send to the System of Record and I would like to only consider a record as a match if the Name and Email Match. This way I don't have to see every record that has a name match when I only have the Name and Email provided in the source.

Ability to pick a date format for the concatenated date
This is in relation to batch number naming. When we had this feature in V1 it was great for a variety of reasons and it helped when we had to process backlogged donations using run once. Now I'm having to do tons of workarounds.
