Include other name fields besides FN, LN in matching to Salesforce
I'm trying to show an example of data differences with name fields, specifically Middle name and "Nickname" (custom text field on contact record).
Two things I'm noticing:Neither Middle name, nor "Nickname" shows up as a data difference even though there are different names on that record in SF. In the review screen, if I add the middle name and nickname fields to the Summary window in Salesforce, nothing shows in the SF record box.
When I go to my matching, I can't add additional fields to Name criteria. I also can't include these fields on Name & Address criteria.

Match & Update - Don't Add
Salesforce formulas need a setting like RENXT on child objects to allow for control over what happens when a match is or is not found so users can choose not to add new if matches are not found and leave destination as-is if matches are found.
Example1: Salesforce users importing Benevity files link opportunities between employee and employer via a lookup field with the transaction ID. If the employee or employer doesn't give ($0 gift), we're not creating an opportunity. Destination exceptions present because transaction ID is always present and there's no way to make one blank if it's a…

Import from One system of Record into the Same System of Record
We would like to create a formula that will take a Salesforce (SF) report and update the data in SF automatically. The formula set up page does not have the option "Salesforce Production to Salesforce Production". The only options are "Salesforce Production to Flat file" and "Salesforce production to Salesforce Sandbox"

Add Salesforce Production to Salesforce Production option to Formula Setup
Would like the ability to create a report in Salesforce Production and have omatic pull that report and make the updates noted in the formula in Salesforce production at a scheduled time. At this time, I can only schedule automatic updates from Salesforce Production to Salesforce Sandbox, which is useless when trying to keep the data clean in the live database

Ability to Map to "Activist Code" in EveryAction Connector
The Activist Code is not available in the EveryAction connector right now, but we need it in order to create Constituent Codes in RENXT. Ideally this would sit in a Contact/Bio formula in the case that the Con Code is required to create new Constituents.
1 voteThis capability to pull Activist Codes from EveryAction is now available in the product.

Add Translations for RENXT Gift Types
Translations for all Gift Types in RENXT would be nice. For example, in the front end the type is "Gift-in-Kind", but the API is expecting "Giftinkind"

Ability to pick a date format for the concatenated date
This is in relation to batch number naming. When we had this feature in V1 it was great for a variety of reasons and it helped when we had to process backlogged donations using run once. Now I'm having to do tons of workarounds.

NXT to NXT
Imagine if you could continuously transform NXT data without running a global update (or other manual methods, like a flat file).
Example: OC formula that begins with NXT Action List. When an action fitting the criteria is added, transform it into a Consent Table entry and write it back to the NXT constituent record. Run it continuously.
Current capabilities of RE business rules or NXT Workflow don't extend this far or offer this much flexibility. Even if NXT Workflow eventually grows into this space, I doubt it'll offer the full fields OC does.1 voteHi Kelly! This is possible today! You just need to set up two RENXT data sources (to the same RENXT instance). Then, you can pick one as your source and one as your destination in your formula!
Best,
Kristen

SF and RENXT Match on Name and Email
I would like the ability to submit to Match on Email and Name for RENXT and Salesforce.
Use Case: I have records I am attempting to send to the System of Record and I would like to only consider a record as a match if the Name and Email Match. This way I don't have to see every record that has a name match when I only have the Name and Email provided in the source.
1 voteThe ability to create a match scenario for Name and Email for Salesforce has been deployed!

Add reason code to BBCRM Constituent Email
BBCRM Constituent Email Address section has an option to set the "Do Not Email" flag. However, our Bio records team would like us to include a reason code inorder to identify who (in this case from where) set the flag.
Would it possible to add reason code as an option?
We are currently integrating with Emma.
1 voteHi Michael - We released this last sprint. You should now see the Reason Code on the email object and be able to map this field.

GiveCampus: Adding Time Zone Selector
All gifts from GiveCampus are currently coming over with UTC timestamps, making the gift dates inaccurate on some gifts. We need the ability to specify the time zone the gift dates should be in
1 voteThe date/time transform in Omatic Cloud is able to handle the source time format so this suggestion will be closed. A separate User Voice ticket may need to be opened for Classic products (IOM).

GiveCampus: Adding "Donor Covered Fees" as a field
Donor Covered Fees is a field available in GiveCampus, but not yet available to map in either IOM or OC. Organizations would like this available to track in RE/RENXT.

Which FE NXT batch(es) errored out?
With the new batching mechanism that can generate multiple FE NXT journal entry batches at once, we need the ability in the error text file to identify problematic batches. That way, we can delete those and leave the rest. Right now, it’s hard to tell which batches are broken.
1 voteWe have released an update to include the batch when errors are generated adding a journal entry to a batch. The batch will appear in the error message that is included in the exception file generated.

Ability to Add new from the Ready bucket
We would like the ability to Add new from the Ready bucket (currently, can only send the page or send all). There are times when there are records in the Ready bucket that look like a potential match in the destination but are not. The ability to Add new from the ready bucket would be helpful. Currently, the work around is to document which record needs investigation or delete that row from the ready bucket to manually add later.
1 voteThe ability to 'Add' a new record from the Ready bucket is available in Omatic Cloud!

POM/P2GL: Summarize Filtered Rows
POM/P2GL can summarize transactions, creating a GL import file that contains 1 bank line and X revenue lines. This functionality is applied at the configuration level - and, therefore, impacts the entire file output.
We don't currently have a way of identifying selected transactions (e.g. Adj/Rev) where we do not want these summary transactions to be applied.
I'd like to see the ability to apply filters to the summary criteria to help drive when the summary should be applied.
1 voteHi JP,
Thank you for submitting the idea. I wanted to make you aware that Post to GL currently supports this use case and summarization can be configured to summarize some transactions and not others. The only requirement is having the information available in the source data to be able to configure the scenarios needed.
I know I have seen clients have formulas configured with the following scenarios:
1. Summarize non-adjustments but not adjustment transactions
2. Summarize debit transactions but not credit transactions
3. Summarize specific account numbers but not other account numbers
4. Summarize transactions for specific funds but not other funds
There are definitely others that could be considered.

Manually search for record to match to
I would like the ability to search RE NXT for a record when the right match isn't found - for example, someone uses a business name that doesn't exist in NXT, but I want to match to an existing record.

Matching and Scoring Logic
When triaging records with 1:N (many) matches, it would be nice if there would be a way to implement different tools to facilitate auto matching... * use fields for matching that are NOT mapped -- match on a custom field in the destination system that is NOT even in the source system... * use fields for triage (scoring) that are NOT mapped for data synch... - might want to apply a score on an updated date field but this field is not mapped. * scoring rules - there are other salesforce deduping tools that provide the ability to assign points…
0 votesWe have released a new feature to Omatic Cloud called Advanced Matching Settings. By prioritizing the search scenarios, Advanced Matching Settings can help reduce the number of records that are returned when searching the destination system. This feature will:
-Save time when sorting and reviewing records during routing.
-Reduce the number of API calls to your endpoint.
-Exclude unlikely matches if better matches are found.
You can learn more about setting up these settings in our User Guide: https://omatic-cloud.helpdocsonline.com/matching$advanced-matching-settings
In addition, you can match to records based on fields even if they are not mapped (including defined fields), as long as they are available in the specific endpoint for matching. If there are specific fields you are looking for that aren't available, feel free to create a new idea for those fields. When reviewing the grids, the summary review fields enable you to select which additional fields you would like…

Add Admin to support tickets
Although I'm the Omatic Admin and I create the majority of any support tickets, there are others within my organization who use the product and have the ability to create tickets. Because they don't always think to CC me when they create a ticket, I'm hoping there's a way to set us up so that I'm always included on support tickets regardless of who is creating them.
0 votesUnfortunately we don't have a way to CC users on support tickets. But we do have the ability to give you access to see all of the support tickets created by other users at your organization. We have now set up your profile so that when you log into our Support portal, you will see all tickets. Hope this helps!
