allow to import non-constituent participant records
We would like to be able to load non-constituents into events as participants via the cloud integration.

We have added the ability to import participants and guests as non-constituent participants in Omatic Cloud. We cannot use omatic cloud to import any guests that are not a constituent in our database. We do not want to have to add a guest into our NXT database in order to have them imported into RE events through omatic cloud. We will have to continue using regular omatic for our event imports. Please allow this capability as we have numerous events throughout the year.

Participants needing to be full constituents has prevented me from using Omatic cloud as a solution for events for about 3 years now. This functionality is crucial for integration with basically any event import ever. It does not make sense that this functionality doesn't exist, because every organization has unknown or new guests attend their events.
