Name Formats - Custom Checkbox
It would be helpful for OC to have the "Custom" Checkbox for Name Formats. This is currently supported by the SKYAPI but not yet available in OC. https://developer.sky.blackbaud.com/api#api=56b76470069a0509c8f1c5b3&operation=EditConstituentNameFormat
