Omatic Data Service
We currently have a subscription to Omatic Data Service with IOM to find fuzzy match duplicates during import. This service has been critical in reducing the number of duplicates created in the database. Will ODS be available in IOM+? I'm concerned that duplicate records will start to increase without it. This becomes a big issue after year-end when preparing tax receipt letters if donors have gifts spread over multiple records.

Set Start Datetime to the Datetime of Last Ingested Transaction
Can we add an option to set the start date and time for formulas to use the datetime of the last ingested transaction, rather than the last job's end datetime?
This is especially helpful for Continuous formulas where a new gift may be added or updated while the formula is running, and now falls outside the new start datetime.

Formula Tabs Across Users
At the moment organising the formulas in tabs is a per user setting.
When working in a team, it is useful to categorise them to assist with daily processes, systems, frequencies, etc...
It would be great to be able to have the tabs shared across all users in the environment.

Create static query option using Omatic cloud or connector imports like in Classic imports.
BB RENXT now has query and we should have the means to create a static query when we use Omatic Cloud or the connector just like in Database view and omatic classic. It's a nice log of all data imports and it can be used to reverse or for an end user to check that their import afterwards.

Ability to delete Custom fields
It would be helpful to have the ability to remove Custom Field Attributes in NXT, not just add them.

Update the Engaging Networks / Raiser's Edge connector to allow mapping to the Origin Source field in Engaging Networks
There is a field in Engaging Networks called Origin Source which shows what caused someone to sign up to our mailing list. I would like to be able to bring this information from EN to RE, as well as push information from RE to EN if we are uploading new records).

Thanks for your suggestion here. We are currently reviewing this idea. From our research it appears as though the Origin Source may only come from the Bulk Export API (which is what Omatic uses to pull data from Engaging Networks) on the transaction that created the constituent in Engaging Networks. I am trying to find more information about this. As a result, I want to confirm how you intend to use this field so we can be sure we are considering your use case.
Can you share when you intend to use this origin source data? Is this donation transactions or some other type of transaction that you are pulling from Engaging Networks that you hope to have this field available to use? Anything else you can share about your intent and intended use would be helpful.

Add fields to Altru connector (particularly Volunteer)
There is no import template available in Altru to import into a Volunteer record. This would be a gamechanger for our organization as we will have to manually enter and match volunteer data. We have the pathways set up in Omatic Cloud and we will not have enough data to warrant using ImportOmatic.
There are other fields that we have come across that would be helpful as well. I have not noticed any updates made to the Altru connector other than the move from OIC to Omatic Cloud. I am happy to share other fields that would be helpful if…

Add unmapped fields to grid options
We would like to show an ID field in the grid options that isn't in both systems.

P2GL Activity History
It would be helpful to have Activity History for Post to General Ledger formulas. This would allow for an audit trail when trying to troubleshoot errors or instances when a formula was work previously and is no longer working.

Error Message When OC Mapping Not Saved
It would be great if there was a pop-up error when the mappings are not saved successfully. Right now you can select "Save and Next" and it looks like nothing happens. It does give you a "Saved Successful" message if the mapping saves, but it isn't obvious to a new user if something is causing an error. Specifics on what is causing the error would be helpful too, so you can eliminate the need to click through each section to find the field causing the issue.

RENXT Tags
We would like to be able to use RENXT Tags for mapping to HubSpot. This field is currently available in NXT but not available in RENXT List to HubSpot formulas.

Ability to Write Back Transaction ID when Sending Offline Donations for Luminate and Classy
I would like the ability to send back a transaction ID to an offline gift from either RENXT or SF to (LO or Classy).
Idea:
1. Allow for Filtering of Only Offline Donations from both Luminate and Classy Systems. This will allow us the ability to have formulas dedicated to updating offline donations back in SF. This would not work for RENXT since updating is not available.1 vote -
Add NIN to Omatic cloud
For importing Standing Order payments from the bank the only way we can link to Constituents is by a unique ref. We currently store this in the NIN field. Could we get this field added to the omatic cloud when it is added to the SKY API (raised with Blackbaud as well). Thanks

Ability to Manually Pause Formulas when "Failed to connect to Data Sources"
It would be helpful to move a formula that is in an error status to pause status without having to resolve the data sources. The formula could possibly have data in the buckets and the goal would be to prevent that data from being reprocessed or sent to the destination.

RENXT <> HubSpot list mapping
We would love to have year to date giving included in the RENXT <> HubSpot list mapping. I see greatest gift, gift gift and latest gift, but having YTD giving would be super helpful for donors who give multiple times a year.

Inactive Existing Emails
We need to be able to mark over 800 EXISTING emails inactive in the RE database. These are emails that bounced back as invalid from an email blast we sent out. It will take too long to manually mark these in each person's record. This would be very beneficial if we were able to do this through Omatic.

Need Calculate Transformation in Concatenate
We need the ability to use the Calculate transformation inside the Concatenate transformation like the other transformations. We see this use case with fees, events, etc that have multiple amounts available that need to have the calculate transformation applied to subtract fees or multiply by the quantity of tickets and there are conditions where we would take one value over the other. You can only do this with a concat right now.

Enforce the Organization Relationship Address to default on the Constituent Address Field for Businesses
I had an issue recently in Omatic Cloud where I could not add business address information to the organizational relationship record so that it defaults as a business address option on the constituent address. Instead I needed to include both the the organizational relationship to show the Company Name and Position (without an associated address, this was a blank/empty field), as well as, adding a second constituent address separately and labeling it as business address. I now have to manually go into Raisers Edge and copy each constituent business address and paste to each of the businesses on the relationship…

Include/change the automation for spousal soft credits from the gifts field mapping to a relationship field mapping
In Omatic Cloud I came across the spouse soft credit under the gifts field mapping and believe this should be changed to the relaionship field mapping. When I add my new parents/grandparents, I would like to mark their spouses as automatically receiving soft credit prior to their first gift being received. That way when I add the gift in the Raisers Edge after my import has successfully been uploaded, I will not have to remember to manually add the sodt credit, it will automatically default to the spouse record.
