Allow formula to always send full list of constituents from Luminate Group
Right now formulas are only based on time, I would like to build very specific queries in luminate to build groups and have omatic pull all records into RE every time from a group. This is important because group rebuilding once every day, and if a new constituent is missed the rebuild the next day will catch the constituent. But since the current formulas use last run date the only way that new constituent will go to RE is if it is modified.

SSO Support for SAML 2.0 or OIDC
It would be great if there was improved SSO support for Identify Providers other than Microsoft.
Maybe SAML 2.0 or Open ID Connect to enable support for customers chosen IDP.1 vote -
Formula type "BBCRM Constituents to Luminate Group" improvement
Currently when using this type of formula, the records need to be loaded to LO group all at once (automatically or send from Ready bucket).
My suggestion for improvement is to make the formula only rebuilds the group on each “fresh” run (at scheduled time), so we can process 1:1 match or 1:many match. Because we can not expect records in CRM and LO are perfect match at all times.

Mailchimp matching on email address sends an exception when Omatic Cloud - RE has a new email address for an existing contact in MailChimp

Show Run Schedule in History and current last run date
We do not have a way to know what date/time range was used on any formula run. Also, we don't have visibility into the latest last run date. We are encountering issues with too much data being synced over and do not have dates/times to easily troubleshoot.

Would like the ability to apply communication preferences in Encompass to the sub community where the email is sent out of.
have global categories at the root level, permissions for these categories are sub-community specific. This means that updates to categories at the root level do not affect sub-community levels

Related Record Queue Display
It would be helpful to see all records in the Related Record Queue by page rather than a scrolling view. This will make review of records faster and more efficient.

Additional Object Picker Field Access for Contact Roles
It would be great to have access to additional fields on the object picker when creating Contact Roles in Salesforce. This would allow for the prevention of duplicate Contact Roles being created in Salesforce if a Contact Role already exists for a Contact on an Opportunity.
Our integration is set up to create a TeamRaiser Participant Contact Role in Salesforce in order to soft credit a person who is fundraising and receives a donation. Ability to Overwrite an Entire Data Extension in SFMC
In some cases, it would be great to be able to instead of update the Data Extension, instead having the ability to Overwrite it with all records in a query. So all records not in the query are removed from the Data Extension.

Export Formula Option from Data Queue
It would be helpful to be able to export the formula from the Data Queue screen rather than having to open the formula and navigate to the mapping page. The button location could be below the "Other Options" section on the formula options flyout.

Include Date Added and Date Processed fields to review bucket export
I love the new fields for Date Added and Date Processed. It would be nice to include these in the Export that we can create from review buckets to help with troubleshooting in excel.

Add UTM fields to GiveCampus connector
GiveCampus recently added the UTM fields to their Gift API. We would like these added to help with tracking gift appeal data.

Add ability to assign Interest Groups in Mailchimp for only newly added records (query source)
When we use a query source to both update existing Mailchimp records and to add new Mailchimp records, we would like the ability to assign interest groups to new MC records but not overwrite preferences on already existing records. Currently after the formula processes, we need to go to MC and create a segment using the email added on date to find newly added records and assign them to group(s).

Enable File-to-File Transformation & Export in Omatic Cloud
Currently, Omatic Cloud only allows transformations when importing data into Raiser’s Edge or other connected systems. However, it would be extremely beneficial to have a file-to-file processing option. This would allow users to:
Upload a spreadsheet, apply transformations, and export the transformed data as a new file (CSV, Excel, etc.).
Use Omatic’s powerful transformation tools without requiring integration with an external database.
Improve data cleaning and preparation workflows for reporting, imports, and other external processes.
This feature would save time and expand Omatic Cloud’s usability beyond direct imports. Please consider adding this functionality in a future update!1 vote -
Ability to "deactivate" user without deleting in Omatic Cloud
If a user needs to go on extended leave but should not have access to Omatic Cloud, the only current option is to delete their record (and possible history associated with the record). It would be helpful to have the option to temporarily deactivate a non temporary user.
