Ability to Map "Referring Email Name" for EveryAction
It would be helpful to have "Referring Email Name" as an endpoint for EveryAction. This field would allow for the tracking of donations attributed from email campaigns.

Inactivate old formulas
It would be helpful to be able to inactivate old Omatic Cloud formulas. I would hate to lose the work by just deleting it, but the list is becoming a lot of noise.

Pulling in Mailchimp actions from previous Campaigns sent in previous months, not just current month.
I've noticed that after a mailchimp campaign has been sent, if donor clicks on a link or opens the mailchimp email many weeks or months after it was initially sent, that data does not pull into NXT. It would be great if there was a way to ensure that all mailchimp actions (sent, open, click, unsubscribe, abuse) are pulled into NXT regardless if it's from the current month's mailchimp campaign or an older one.

Sort Data Differences in Buckets with Mailchimp Connector
It would be great if we could sort the different Mailchimp connector buckets in a formula by data differences so that they are sorted to the top of the list or bottom depending on preferences. ie. purple highlights at the top or bottom of the list.

Import Processing
I'm just learning Omatic Cloud and a big reservation I have about import processing is that I wish the job would not start processing the second you upload a file. I'd really like to be able to hit 'run' when I am ready for it to do so. There will be times when I upload a file and realize at the last second that I forgot to do something or will realize I've grabbed the wrong file. I just wish there would be the opportunity to say 'are you sure' before it starts running.

Ability to Access Emma Sent Email Date
It would be helpful to have the Emma "sent date" for the Email Campaign Activity formula type. We can technically access this through including the "sent" activity in the filtering, however, that adds high record volume that is uncessary and could cause ingestion/processing issues down the line.

Ability to Filter on Refunded Gifts in EveryAction
Currently, our EveryAction API ingests on modified date and that brings in refunded gifts. Those refunded gifts do not have any indication that they are refunded and resemble true gifts. Request is for some filter on refunded gift or the inclusion of Refund/Adjustment information fields.

OC Transformations in Alphabetical Order
Transformations are not currently in alphabetical order but it would be helpful to reorder those so they are in alphabetical order.

Add Delete button to "Multiple matches & data differences" queue
Currently, there's only "Review" button. If the record comes several time, you have to go to each "Review" screen to delete the repeats. It really takes time if there are lots repeated & records.

On the Post to GL 'View History' screen, add a column that shows how long a job took to run
On the 'View History' screen, can we see how long a job took to run?
Having the duration data would help clients be able to gauge the duration of future posting processes and even when they should be kicked-off, etc.
Eg, if running 9K records took 80 minutes, and my next posting is 13K records, I should plan for it to take around 2 hours, etc.

Custom Fields in Every Action Connector on Contributions
It looks like custom fields are available for Contributions in the EveryAction connector, but we can't access the Contribution custom fields that are available on the Recurring Commitment formulas. Example--we're looking for a custom "Fund" field that has been created to further breakout gifts, but we are not able to map to this right now for recurring commitments. The custom field is available on the contribution.

Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector
Turn on the Engaging Networks QueryResult connector so we can import custom query results from EN to RE. At the moment it asks for a login email address and password when you try to use it, as well as the website URL of your EN instance. But when we try to use it with our details it says "Invalid Credentials! Authentication Failed! Username/Password is incorrect" even though we are using our correct details.

Salesforce Opportunity Name: Only Add if New
When adding a new opportunity SF requires an Opportunity Name, but Salesforce ends up changing the name after the opportunity is added anyway. When an opportunity is updated it will change the name to whatever you have mapped as the Opportunity Name. Then a workflow is needed to change them back.

Send to a specific triage bucket based on a Mailchimp status field results returned during matching.
Triage currently takes specific match situations into account but I'd like to send records where Mailchimp returned "Cleaned" or "Unsubscribed" directly to the Exceptions triage bucket regardless of matching criteria. This will allow me to automate the Ready triage bucket instead of needing to review it before sending the record updates to Mailchimp. This matters because I'm trying to reduce the overall number of API transactions (Blackbaud has a threshold over which they charge me extra).

Shopify Connector
It would reduce a lot of manual work to have a connector to pull purchases from Shopify into RE NXT via a connector.

Create Email Activity When Using LO Email Activity Formula
Currently the LO Email Activty formula creates an action in the constituent record. It would be great if, instead, it created an entry in the Email history tile instead. We would like to reserve the Action tile for more personal, one to one communication and record the bulk emails in the Email history tile.

Extend date range to allow for pulling data older than 30 days when MailChimp is the data source
Users need to be able to go beyond the thirty-day date-range limit to process older data from MailChimp when it is the data source for the Omatic Cloud formula.
